As I explain to Kochie and Nat from Sunrise, a digital detox is not the solution because it doesn’t work, the answer is to use your technology in different ways. The segment talks about some of the tips I provide in my new book ‘Life Mode On”.
Many of us worry that we are addicted to our phone, but is this a real thing. as I discuss in my interview with ABC News Breakfast, the reason we pick up our phone so much is that we use it to receive stress. We do this so often that it nows leads us to pick up our phone every 12 minutes on average. I also talk about my new book “Life Mode On’ which helps us to understand and take control of, and be more present when we are using technology.
