55 % of couples struggle because of one partner is on their phone too much.

 When we are using our phone those around us can feel left out, particularly your partner who may feel like you’ve withdrawn your attention and your affection so you can scroll.

 This leads to frustration and arguments.

 Three tips for couple to do to break this routine.

1.     If this is you, think about what you find yourself doing on your phone, often probably without realising. Zombie scrolling social media, checking work emails. And step 1 log out so to use them uou have the hassle of logging in each time.

2.     Agree on a time at the end of the day to relax on your own. You can check bargains online, the news. Be aware that this is your time to be on your phone.

3.     To reinforce less solo scrolling and more togetherness, introduce a new activity where you can relax together. No phones allowed.
